Method  As a European cooperation action based on quality assurance, participating French agricultural schools implement a new accompaniment service.

With the help of a trainer from the host school, employer companies and trainees are able to define the added value each of them gained from the foreign work placement. The mission of the schools of Préférence FORMATIONS is to show the additional skills, qualities and potential results that a foreign work placement creates, for trainers, companies and for the students who come to learn the job.

Advice The host school proposes guidance before, during and at the end of the work placement. Questions before your arrival will help you to specify what you hope to get out of the experience; Follow-up during your stay will assure an optimal integration and that you analyze the practices you observe both on and off the job. At the final interview, in addition to an evaluation of the professional skills acquired, the co-evaluation will help to demonstrate the additional cultural advantages and how these could be useful for your future and for that of the company.
